Medium opacity inks for wet-on-wet printing on 100% cotton
WOW is a medium opacity plastisol ink line designed specifically for Wet-On-Wet printing. It is ideal for high volume print jobs on automatic or manual presses. WOW inks will not buildup on succeeding screens, allowing for longer press runs with fewer interruptions. No buildup means no screen blockage, fewer misprints, and less cleaning. These inks are bright and clean with medium opacity, containing brilliant colors that last for thousands of prints. Ink is best used on white to light 100% cotton or high cotton content garments. Screens stretched to a minimum of 25 newtons and a 70 durometer sharp squeegee are recommended for printing. WOW inks are ready to print and meet all CPSIA standards for phthalates and heavy metals
